NOTIFICATION: Effective 1 January 2007, the membership voted to change the governing documents. The
Association no longer covers insurance on the structure. You are therefore required to obtain your own
insurance on the structure based on the replacement values of $150,000 for single story units and $200,000 for
two story units. In addition, you must name the Sweetwater Ridge Townhomes Owners Association, Inc. as a Party
of Interest. Proof of Insurance must be provided to the Association within 10 (ten) days of closing and
